Big, black and beautiful,
this hairy beast is an elusive original to the Northwest. Sasquatch
stout is a dark roasted monster that is generously dosed
with Amarilloa and Centennial hops. 6.8% ABV

Scotch
The original Silver City Scotch Ale. A toasty, sweet caramel character highlights this dark ale.
Peated malt adds a hint of scotch whiskey like complexity - 7.8% ABV
Miranda “Mirsky” Stokke
Yet
another part of our amazing service team, Miranda is just
the type of personality that helps make Silver City a special
place for our guests. For the last 3 years Mirsky has been
a key part of making Silver City a great place. Miranda,
born in Spokane, ventured to the Kitsap area as an infant
when her father in the Navy was stationed here before going
to Alaska for a few years and then back again to Silverdale
where he eventually retired. While
still a senior @ Olympic High, Miranda started working
here as a Host and one of our wonderful greeters with her
gleaming smile. After graduating in ’06 Miranda continued
to do such an amazing job as a host that her responsibilities
grew and she eventually worked her way into the dining
room a part of our service team. She has quickly become
one of the reasons our guests love coming back again and
again. As
most of you may have noticed by now Miranda is currently
donning a scarf on her head and has done so due to Chemotherapy
treatment for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. As a sign of support many of our crew has decided to keep their heads shaved during her treatment so please don’t
start thinking that our beer will make your hair fall out.
Also as a sign of support the staff will be conducting

Charity car wash
to help Miranda through this tough time on
April 25th and 26th from 9am to 11am

Miranda has shown what a strong spirit she has buy continuing to be a hard worker through this tough time and is still keeping up on some of her favorite hobbies. Scrap booking, Tennis (when the sun allows), and doting on her almost year old Nephew. Not to mention keeping up on her studies at Olympic college where she striving for an Associates Degree.
Miranda’s determination and big heart is a part of what helps ensure everyone who enters our doors leaves happy. We are so proud of having people like her as part of the Silver City family. From the ownership, management team and our guests, we can’t appreciate you enough. THANKS MIRSKY!
