Tropic Haze IPA

A seemingly magical reaction between a specialized yeast strain, oats, wheat, and an experimental hop variety results in a blossom of wondrous, tropical fruit flavor that is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, with a silky-smooth texture and a remarkably clean finish.

HOPS: CLASSIFIED

MALTS: NW Pale, British Pale, Flaked Wheat, Rolled Oats

IBU: 50

ABV: 6.4%

 

Kwik Stout: Chocolate Milk Stout

Supplemented by a hearty dose of cocoa, Kwik Stout is a unique style of stout brewed with lactose, a special sugar found in milk that isn’t consumable by yeast, resulting in a silky sweetness. Kwik Stout is so creamy and delicious you’ll [almost] want to drink it with a straw on a weekday afternoon.

Ziggy Zoggy Summer Lager

Bright & vibrant beer for summertime celebrations! This Zwicklerbier, an uncommon style, is an unfiltered lager that balances crisp and elegant honey-like malt flavor with assertive, spicy Sterling hop character.

HOPS: Sterling

MALTS: Pilsner Malt, Honey Malt

IBU: 40

ABV: 5%

 

Luminous Libation Belgian-Style Tripel

(Formerly known as Liquid Sunshine*)

 

Luminous Libation is a full-flavored interpretation of a Trappist Monkís dream beer. This sunshine-yellow liquid radiates with layers of candied sugar and bready malts, and finishes dry with subtle fruit flavor and the natural spiced notes of Belgian yeast.

 

*Note, the name of the beer has changed, but the recipe has not in any way.

 

HOPS: Mt. Hood, Saaz

 

MALTS: Pilsner Malt, Cane Sugar

 

IBU: 30

 

ABV: 9.0%

 

MXPX Secret Weapon Left Coast Common

Super easy-going with a full-flavored malt backbone and a clean hop kick on the finish, the recipe is a true collaborative effort between the Silver City brew team and band members Mike, Tom, and Yuri, who were heavily involved in its development, adding their own personal tastes and flavor preferences.

 

HOPS: Hersbrucker, Saaz

 

MALTS: NW Pale, Munich, Vienna, Flaked Barley, Caramel Malt, Chocolate Malt, Carapils

 

IBU: 35

 

ABV: 5.7%
