Named for a small community in North Kitsap, this IPA packs a punch. Columbus and Cascade hops are employed with reckless abandon.

Clear Creek Pale Ale...5.5% abv
A blend of three lightly roasted British malts give a mild caramel character to this Kitsap classic. Northwest centennial hops in the boil and in the conditioning tank really make this beer blossom.

Kellerbier - Spring / Summer
Made in the German tradition of spring time “cellar “ beers, Kellerbier is an unfiltered amber lager that balances sweet malt flavor with assertive hopping and mild carbonation. Served in a traditional ceramic stein~ 4.8% ABV

Whoop Pass Double India Pale Ale - Summer
Without a doubt the hoppiest mother of a brew we have ever created. More than 50 lbs. of Washington State Cascade and Columbus hops are infused, injected, or otherwise inflicted upon a single batch. Welcome to hop country! 9% ABV

Deluxe Malt Liquor - Summer
This golden lager is a tribute to Kitsap’s first brewery; Silver Springs Brewery, built in Port Orchard in 1933. As an authentic representation of beers of the time, Deluxe Malt Liquor is made with a percentage of flaked corn. The result is a smooth, full flavored, light bodied lager with a pleasant, sweet corn character in flavor and aroma.

Big Daddy's ESB - Spring
A classic Northwest style Extra-Special Bitter. Cascade hops rejoice in this heavenly amber ale from first sip to last.

MacFarlanes Scotch Ale - Fall / Spring

Copper Mountain Bock (Lager Beer)- Spring
The origin of bock beer dates back to 13th century Bavaria. The term "Bock" comes from either the German town of Einbeck where each citizen was license to brew this pale lager or from the German word for goat (and the head-butting effects of such a deceptively potent drink, no doubt.) Whichever version you care to believe, we hope that you will join the continuing tradition of celebrating the coming of spring with Silver City's 10th release of Copper Mountain Bock.

A NW Style Brown Ale Brewed with caramel and chocolate malt for a rich brown color and a nutty, toffee character. Northwest Columbus hops add a distinctive floral finish. 5% ABV

Fat Woody Scotch Ale - February (Fat Tuesday)
For centuries scotch whiskey makers understood the invaluable, smooth, rich character extended aging in oak barrels provided their products. A soft oaken nose and a mellow woodiness on the pallet are an integral element to any beautifully crafted wine or whiskey. So what happens when Silver City brewers take a world class beer like Fat Scotch Ale and age it for over 6 months on American white oak? A completely unique and wonderful beer emerges. The slight peaty, intensely malty scotch ale and the complex vanilla character of the oak meld seamlessly over time to create, what we think is, an exceptionally satisfying beer. 9.2% ABV

Irish Stout Ale - St. Patrick's Day
A dry Irish stout specially crafted to celebrate the patron saint of Irelands special day. This black brew is silky smooth with a rich espresso like character from the use of deep roasted malts. Served with nitrogen gas for that classic, creamy head. 4.25% ABV

Gold Mt. Pilsner - Summer
A pilsner, more than any other beer, expresses the quality and craftsmanship of a brewery. Attention to every detail from ingredients, process and cellaring must be exact for it's clear subtle flavors to meld perfectly. Any flaw or blemish is immediately apparent. When you taste Gold Mt. Pilsner you taste the very best from the brewers at Silver City. It is with great pride that we are making this classic European style lager available as our newest seasonal beer starting this summer from July till September.

Brewed with North American lager malt and Czechoslovakian hops and yeast, Gold Mountain Pilsner beautifully blends old world and new. A lagering period (cold storage) of 4 to 6 weeks allows this most delicate of brews to become bright and clear. At this time, the malt character is now fully developed and the entire beer has lost its rough edges becoming soft and elegant. The perfect pint for a warm summers day or any day for that matter, Gold Mt. Pilsner rewards with clean, crisp, quaffable flavor every time. Enjoy!

Nutcracker Special Belgian Brown Ale - Winter Holiday
A festive beer, Nutcracker rings in the New Year with a medley of dark roasted malt, fruit and spice. Some hints of fruit (plum, cherry, peach) come from the special Belgian yeast that was used. Additionally, ginger, orange and tangerine peel was added to spice things up. We hope you will toast the New Year with this latest creation from those "nutty" brewers at Silver City - 8.6% ABV

Classic NW Stout - Fall & Winter
Big, black and beautiful, this hairy Beast is an elusive Northwest original. Last seen three years ago, Sasquatch Stout makes a brief appearance at Silver City. Dark roasted and highly hopped, this Ale is a flavor packed monster of a brew to celebrate spring on the Kitsap Peninsula.
